Data Depending on the service, we process name, contact details, address, account information, booking details, dates, vehicle, locations, agreements, invoices, payment status and communications. At vehicle pickup, we process the identification and driving licence information needed. Handover records, photographs of the vehicle's condition, and documents concerning damage or fines are processed when necessary. IP address, browser information and sessions may be recorded for operation and security. Copies of documents are requested only when necessary and on a legal basis; do not send unnecessary data. 3. Purposes and legal bases Processing serves booking, driver verification, the agreement, handover and return, payments, invoicing, service communications, complaints, insurance and legal obligations. The relevant bases are steps before entering into a contract and its performance, legal obligations, assessed legitimate interests in security and the defence of claims, or consent where required. Failure to provide essential data may prevent us from providing the service. Marketing requires a separate legal basis and consent when necessary; it is not a condition of rental. 4. Recipients Data is shared only with recipients who need it: authorised staff, technical providers of hosting, booking and email services, banks according to the payment, accountants, advisers, insurers or roadside services where relevant to the case, and authorities where there is a legal basis. Agreement and invoicing documents follow the applicable obligations; dispute data is retained to handle and defend claims. Rights Under the law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.
